gah, 'out of office' on a mailing list

We could all Call Mrs Shakubanza on (6)252544 and inform her of the situation, which will hopefully get passed on to the administrator of their mail server, who will then install a smart vacation program that will know when a message is from a mailing list and not reply to it.
