I've been told that if you ask, Telstra will have to replace your
TouchPhone 2000 with a new, non-buggy one, since Telstra is required (by
the government) to give everyone access to call waiting, which those old
things don't support.
Don't know if it's true tho, I think I just told them the phone was
broken, so they gave me a new one anyhow.
