I live in a suburb with transact coverage (Curtin - at least a year old now). 
I can see the shops across the road, where Netspeed's office is. My units 
don't get coverage.

ADSL is it then, until I convince the body corporate (and Netspeed :) to put 
in a 802.11a link for the 150 metres to the ISP...
