I'd definately like a Wiki, and TWiki is a personal favourite.

Particular ideas:
* a book "exchange" concept, where you can donate no-longer-needed books to 
"CLUG", and have them passed around.
* "cool hacks" department
* tutors / co-coders available.

The great bit about a Wiki is that if any of it doesn't work out, you can just 
blow the pages away.
