Pipermail does not appear to have coped with the encoding/charset of
that message. It'll be interesting to see what it does with this one. I
suspect it might not cope with the UTF-8 (Unicode Translation Format-8)
character set. It's probably a "feature" of Outlook Web Access. Assuming
that's what it is, I think I can fiddle some knobs to force it to use
"iso-8859-1" or "us-ascii".

I have now realised where the list archive is situated, and I've been
through it.

The only thing, that I ca SEE in the text of messages, that seems like
it
might set off "bells and whistles" is the PGP number sequences.

I'll try to find previously refused emails and see whether there is a
correlation.
