Check for these:

$HOME/.exrc
$HOME/.viminfo
/etc/vimrc
default VIMRUNTIME=/usr/share/vim (or /usr/share/vim/current)
$VIMRUNTIME/*.vim
$VIMRUNTIME/vimrc
$VIMRUNTIME/gvimrc
$VIMRUNTIME/syntax/*.vim
./.vimrc
./.exrc
