Hi Bob, I guess you have updated your kernel to see if the 3Com bug has been fixed? Yes, and have contacted David Hinds, the pcmcia-cs maintainer, who acknowledges numerous reports of this bug, but is unable to reproduce it (and thus fix it) himself. Thanks for the info. Ben
