PB NIS+ with Redhat 7.0 on Bi-processor Pentium III

Usually, "Error in RPC subsystem" is caused by the clocks on the client
and server not being sync'd properly. Run "ntpdate" or similar to ensure
that the two machines are sync'd to within milliseconds (seconds is OK
for NIS+)
