[linux-cifs-client] should we move the linux-cifs list to vger.kernel.org?

Yes that would help. I thought most of the protocol guys lurk on
samba-technical (and perhaps linux-cifs-client at lists.samba.org) and they
may not be keen on subscribing to a vger list. But Ccing samba-technical
would help in that case.
