[linux-cifs-client] Status of DFS support?

I've been following this list for a while, but am I having trouble
discerning whether or not CIFS should support DFS servers now or not. I
keep my box (mostly) up-to-date with Debian testing, which as of this
morning is a 2.6.25 kernel and 3.0.30 Samba packages. If I upgrade to these
two versions, should I be able to successfully access my company's Win2K3
DFS file server?

I've been staying at kernel 2.6.22 plus 3.0.27a Samba packages so that I can
continue using smbfs to access this server. Anything newer removes
necessary pieces of the smbfs support from Debian.

I'd like to be able to move forward without losing access to necessary
resources.

Thanks,
Randy
