[linux-cifs-client] File times question

I've tried cifs 0.9.9a with 2.4.21 kernel from SuSE and have got strange time 
fields for newly created files:

root at ramtel-136:/mnt# touch xyz
root at ramtel-136:/mnt# stat xyz
  File: `xyz'
  Size: 0               Blocks: 0          IO Block: 16384  regular empty file
Device: 0h/0d   Inode: 19645       Links: 1
Access: (0744/-rwxr--r--)  Uid: (    0/    root)   Gid: (    0/    root)
Access: 2037-08-09 17:29:19.000000000 +0400
        ^^^^^^^^^^
Modify: 2037-08-09 17:29:19.000000000 +0400
        ^^^^^^^^^^
Change: 2004-01-26 19:23:44.000000000 +0300

root at ramtel-136:/mnt# ls -la xyz
-rwxr--r--    1 root     root            0 Aug  9  2037 xyz*
root at ramtel-136:/mnt# date
Mon Jan 26 19:24:03 MSK 2004

Other side was linux box with samba 3.0.1.
