[jcifs] Get file last access time

Hello,

small hint that the project integraTUM-WebDisk

http://www.simple-groupware.de/cms/WebDisk/IntegraTUMWebDisk

includes a branch of jcifs-1.2.15 sources which supports the
last access time.
