Yes, I agree. If it's a question of how JavaMail is using NTML, then
it's a question about JavaMail. And the JavaMail forum on Sun's site is
unusual in that most of the questions are answered by the chief
developer of JavaMail, rather than by random users as in most forums. So
I would say that your best bet is the Sun forum.

Luca,

I would try the javamail mailing list to find out exactly where the code
is and thus how to use it. The souce you site is just NTLMv1 code and
does not reference JCIFS near as I can tell. The proper code in question
would probably call jcifs.smb.NtlmContext.initSecContext().
That would be necessary to support NTLMv2.
