[jcifs] Javamail IMAP NTLM handshake

Luca,

I would try the javamail mailing list to find out exactly where the
code is and thus how to use it. The souce you site is just NTLMv1 code
and does not reference JCIFS near as I can tell. The proper code in
question would probably call jcifs.smb.NtlmContext.initSecContext().
That would be necessary to support NTLMv2.
