[jcifs] Where is the 1.3.1 version source?

Old versions of JCIFS can *usually* be accessed under the "old" diectory:

  http://jcifs.samba.org/old/jcifs-<version>.{jar,zip,tgz}

but I have ensured that 1.3.1 is available.
