[jcifs] networkExplorer: don't prompt for username/password

Is there a jcifs setting that will modify networkExplorer's default
behavior such that if an openFile attempt fails, then it will not prompt
the user for a username/password?  Instead, I just want it to report the
failure status back to me and continue.
