[jcifs] SmbFileOutputStream with append=true misbehaving on acertain NAS

Also, the non-jcifs trace shows a QUERY_FILE_INFO on an open fid being
sent rather than QUERY_PATH_INFO; the QUERY_FILE_INFO does return the
proper values for allocation size and end of file.  More evidence that
the NAS server isn't quite up to snuff.
