[jcifs] patch submitted to mailing list

Not sure what Mike's preference for patch format is; back when I was
actively submitting updates I would just zip up modified files and
copy them to this list.  You could also do a diff of your tree against
the baseline:

diff -Nuar jcifs-old-dir jcifs-your-dir > patch.diff

Submission would be similar (zip/tar it up if it's big, and send to the list).
