[jcifs] Getting SocketException when trying NTLM locally when no network is unplugged

Windows doesn't listen on the loopback address on port 138 etc. You can 
either install the windows fake network adapter loopback simulator or 
give your actual network interface a static IP address and disable media 
sensing in the registry (Q239924)
