[jcifs] timeout exceptions

I am using JCIFS 1.2.9 in a webapp to handle file uploads where the file
gets copied to a share on our network. I usually get around one or two
of these errors per day with about 50 successful uploads.

The share and the client webapp are both on Windows 2000 Server. The
webapp is running on a Tomcat 4.1 appserver.

I will try upping the timeout. May be a few days before I can do that in
production.
