You should read the release notes Amlan. The old ndr package is hopelessly
broken. Thus midlc and the new ndr package.

Yes. Just download the latest package. But if you need any transport
other than ncacn_np you have some hacking to do.

Yes, midlc is the future. Again, read what little docs there are
carefully.

PS: The CSV tree is probably highly wrong and should just be deleted. I
just don't know how. Always use the tarball.
