It will likely be beta, quality-wise; RAP calls are inconsistently supported on Windows
platforms, due to RPC being the "new" mechanism to acheive much of this
functionality.  This will be based on 0.9.2, so that's more stable than the beta
jCIFS library the old release was based on.
