Agreed. If (when) we implement NETLOGON we need to "join the domain" with
a workstation account and "preauthentication" is basically authenticating
with the workstation account. In fact, when we get to the point where
we're joining the domain I suspect the default creds will be used for that
so "preauthentication" is *it*.
