I have read that doc over multiple times today and I'm confused as to what
I didn't do right. I used the first example that shows how to specify a
WINS server, except in our situation, people will log on from multiple
domains so I didn't specify a domain.

The documentation was a bit sketchy on whether the JAR file should be
placed in the Web Server's LIB directory instead of the web application
LIB directory. When I tried to move it to the $JBOSS_HOME\lib directory,
my application failed to deploy giving errors that various SMBxxx classes
could not be found.

The main reason I'm asking is that we have seen various problems. From
time to time, we get connection time-outs from the server that are visible
in the Samba logs.
