[jcifs] User-friendly URLs.

To: anyone interested in playing with SMB URLs under jCIFS.

The handling of SMB URLs by jCIFS is based on Sun's java.net.URL
implementation.  It parses URLs using the syntax of URLs, and requires
proper URL formatting, escapes, etc.  It wants correct syntax.

If you want a front end that cleans up the URLs, makes guesses about what
the user intended, etc., then that's something that you will (at this
point) need to provide.  I don't know if it makes sense for jCIFS to do 
URL scrubbing, since every application may want to make different 
assumptions.
