[jcifs] jcifs-0.7.0b8 released

I have fixed most (all?) of the problems reported in the last few days. I have not
reimplemented the Authenticator just because it needs a complicated hook in
SmbTransport so I want to do that on a stable release.

I have not uploaded the files to a.o or updated the website yet. You can get the
standard packages here for now:

Thanks to Matthew and Sujit for their bug hunting efforts. Is the stock copyTo
working ok for you guys now?
