[jcifs] seek in smbInputStream

Someone submitted the attached SmbRandomAccessFile.java. It doesn't used real SMB_COM_SEEK calls and I have never compared it's behavior to what is seen "on the wire" but it looks like it should work
fine. It's a little dated though. You might have to tweek it.
Eventually it will be implemented and tested properly but it's a bit of work involved in creating a c program that can be used to test. There are other more important things at the moment (e.g. copy).
