[distcc] make error

Hi,

I installed cygwin and I am trying to run "make" on distcc-3.0rc2. I get the following error:

Do I need a patch to fix this ? Where can I get it ?

Question #2. Can distcc help speed up compilation in VS 2005 builds ?
