[distcc] cmake and distcc

I forgot to mention that I get an error message when compiling:

"distcc[12849] (dcc_build_somewhere) Warning: failed to distribute,
running locally instead"

I started the distccmon-gnome on my notebook and distcc seems to work
locally. How can I figure what network error might have occured?
