[distcc] bzip2 compression

 I finally put the thing in a tarball and uploaded it. You can get it here:

config.h must be edited after the configure step and the following line added:

#define HAVE_BZ2 1

 Obviously it requires the libbz2 library and headers. I wasn't sure if it 
would be good to submit it as a group of patches or some other way.
 I have done minimal testing and it seems to work ok; I didn't test ssh at 
all, though I might in the next few weeks.
 Any comments are welcome :)
