[distcc] Miscompilation with -march=native

Hi Maks,

I agree, distcc should probably at least run these jobs locally, and
maybe print a message to tell you so.  Im not so sure about rewriting
them.  If the goal is to specify that gcc should target the a
particular machine then it would seem more appropriate for the build
system to do this.
