Hi,

i could provide a german mirror site for distcc if you need one. I could 
open http://distcc.ipmedia.de and mirror your site since you don't have 
a mirror in germany yet. I have already some mirrors running there so it 
would be no problem for me. Please let me know if rsync is available and 
mirror details.
