[distcc] compiler extension patch

Hello Everyone,

I'm wondering on the status of Cesar and my patch to distcc... Are there
issues with it? Has it been accepted? We're proceeding with the the next
part of the project (adding the msvc support) and we're wondering whether
there's some kind of issue there or not.

We look forward to presenting a patch with full MSVC support soon,
