[distcc] distccmon on KDE

I found it.  The problem was that neither gnome nor gtk were installed.
When I installed gnome, I still couldn't compile the distccmon-gnome
program.  But when I configured with the --with-gtk option, then
compilation worked.  Now I can run distccmon-gnome on KDE.

In my experience, gnome programs run fine regardless of
the presense or absense of KDE.  What problem are you running into?
