[distcc] Cygwin hosted Linux-target gcc binary

(I'd like to be able to provide a link to a Cygwin-hosted Linux-target gcc
binary that people can simply download and use. Please contact me if you can

  I don't know if this is of any help to you, but there is a topic in the
Gentoo forums that discusses this subject. The idea was to install distccd
on a Windows machine through Cygwin. They even provide a tarball along with
full instructions... The link is:
