[distcc] autogen.sh uses a deprecated `head` option.

It uses `head -1`.  This has been replaced with `head -n 1`.  So here is
a patch to bring it up to date.  The version of head that reports a
deprecation warning is version 5.0.

head: `-1' option is obsolete; use `-n 1'
Try `head --help' for more information.
