Hello everyone,
I just installed distcc 2.10 from RPMs provided by Terry Griffin,
and am having troubles getting compiles to distribute. I have a 16-node
cluster on a private network (the head node is a firewall doing NAT).
Each machine is running distccd as user 'nobody' with the following
options:

--daemon -a 192.168.1.0/24 --log-file /var/log/distccd

The head node, additionally, has an option of --listen 192.168.1.1.

My DISTCC_HOSTS on each machine says:

192.168.1.1 192.168.1.101 192.168.1.102 192.168.1.103 192.168.1.104
192.168.1.105 192.168.1.106 192.168.1.107 192.168.1.108 192.168.1.109
192.168.1.110 192.168.1.111 192.168.1.112 192.168.1.113 192.168.1.114
192.168.1.115

I grabbed the latest kernel source, did a make menuconfig and just saved
the defaults since this is a test compile. When I try and run:

make -j16 CC=distcc

The second message that gets spit out is:

make[1]: warning: jobserver unavailable: using -j1. Add `+' to parent
make rule.

I looked in the FAQ and Googled this, but didn't find an answer.

Any help would be much appreciated.
