[distcc] distcc-2.0.1 bug compiling cdrtools-2.01a15

I know the first answer will be to upgrade to the latest version of distcc :-) 
I thought I'd post this here anyways for reference.

Using distcc-2.0.1 cdrtools-2.01a15 files to compile. Putting /usr/bin into my 
path first, thus making /usr/bin/gcc the compiler first, it compiles fine.

As a side note, cdrtools-2.01a15 does not compile with ccache either (used 
with or without distcc).
