[distcc] Intel compiler and distcc

Hi,

I have a problem using intel compiler (icc & icpc) with distcc, the 
compiler refuses to compile any file with .ii extension without any 
error message. To solve the problem I have changed the distcc source to 
rename  the .ii file to .i and now all the files are compiled as 
expected. Is there another way to bypass the problem?
