[distcc] Objc and Objc++ support for distcc

Hi,

while building mozilla on MacOS X, I discovered
certain parts of the build weren't being distributed.
I've made a simple (perhaps too simple) patch to add
objc and objc++ support to distcc. Seems to work for
basic testcases. I would of course appreciate comments
(and hope it can be eventually integrated into CVS).
