[distcc] distcc-over-ssh!

distcc over SSH is now working in CVS!

You don't need to start a daemon on the volunteer machines, although
it does need to be installed on the default path there.  Just set 

  DISTCC_HOSTS='@lilac @lavender @beige'

and all your requests will be securely encrypted and authenticated.
You can also set DISTCC_SSH to use fsh or something else instead.

I've tested it a bit.  If you have time to build CVS let me know how
it goes.
