[distcc] distccd output

Hi,

i run distccd directly from the command line and i find not comfortable not 
to have an option to output log messages to stderr (instead of syslog)
Is a braindamaged feature?

(i was going to add it, but i realized that open syslog is the first thing 
done in distcc and i got discouraged)
