[ccache] PATCH: ccache gcov and profile support

Evidently it is well known that ccache does not support coverage or profile builds.

Here is a simple patch that turns-off ccache if it finds -fprofile-arcs or -ftest-coverage.

Unfortunately I cannot access CVS (firewall), so this patch is against 2.4 sources. It is very simple though. If necessary I can check-out the CVS source from home.

Comments? Can we get this into CVS?
