[ccache] ccache doesn't compile binutils

In the Hungarian linux distro called UHU-Linux we use our own build system
which is integrated with ccache so that every build uses ccache with no
exception. At this moment we have gcc 3.3.2, binutils 2.14. Everything
goes fine.
