Andrew suggested a while ago, not to use BIND9_FLATFILE and that it may
get removed anyway:

Maybe Andrew can bring some light into the darkness about
BIND9_FLATFILE. It it's really planed to get removed, then I'm not sure
if we should put a documentation about that to the Wiki.
