[Samba] GPO's in OU's not working

The issue was me and my limited experience with group policy. Apparently
you can't apply a computer policy to users, nor a user policy to
computers. It does work if I assign folder redirection to users as it is a
user policy. It does work if I assign offline files to computers as it is
a computer policy. Thanks all for all the help and answers.
