[Samba] Two Samba Server (with same Domain Name) on the same subnet??

Its not really clear to me what you mean.

Upgrade is not out of the box possible because its a production environment
The idea was to add the new windows 7 clients on the new samba server
and after the old windowsXP clients are removed we shutdown the old
samba server

It would be great ofcourse to keep aour domain name (TESTDOMAIN)
