[Samba] Microsoft Outlook pst files unable to open or create

Thanks Louis.  I indeed have a samba 3.0.x server on Centos 4.8 that has
no issues either.  The newly deployed Centos 5.5 with samba 3.0.x is the
one Outlook cannot write to (yet other office applicatioins can).
