[Samba] Samba PDC and Share Folders

I have a working PDC with LDAP backend. 
All the operations are working ok, but the users cannot share a folder the created to another user, when right-click the folder the option "Share and Security" does not appear. 
When i loog as root, the options appears in the menu, do this mean i have to make all my users Domain Admins? i guest no. 
One thing, im not using roaming profiles, no profiles at all. 

Any ideas?
