[Samba] Samba + LDAP :: Create user

I am able to create posix users in ldap using Idealx's scripts then I can
use smbpasswd -a to make that account a sambaSamAccount.  I can also create
both accounts with smbldap-passwd.pl -a -m "user".  Am I done?  Or is it
possible to have smbpasswd or pdbedit create the posix and samba account in
ldap all at once?  I've tried setting the add user script to
smbldap-useradd.pl -a "%u" but I still get could not create accout to add
new user errors.
